  5. Check your bank account to confirm whether the amount was debited. If debited, do not make a second payment attempt.

Fee Refund Policy and Re-Admission Fee Rules

Fee payments at BRAOU are governed by specific administrative and refund regulations.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Tuition fees once paid are not refundable under normal circumstances.
  • Cancellation / Course Non-Run Refund: The university will not run a programme at any Study Centre where total admitted students are fewer than 20. In such cases, the university refunds the full tuition fee to the admitted candidates.
  • Re-Admission Fee: Students who could not complete their programme within the maximum maximum allowed duration (6 years for UG, 4 years for PG, 2 years for Diplomas) must seek re-admission at University Headquarters. MBA students from 2018, 2019, and 2020 batches seeking an additional specialization in Operations/Resources Management must pay a re-admission fee of Rs. 7,500.
